Jordi Serra, a member of the third generation, is a multifaceted artist: starts drawing as a child and learns the craft of ceramic from his father Josep.
The study of chemistry helps him improve the technique of metallic reflections, and the use of sgraffito and of engraving brought him to give a new dimension to the art of ceramics. Jordi Serra, still leading the Serra workshop, has placed its ceramics in the international art with exhibitions in various countries such as Japan, France, Germany and the US.
